Mercantil Móvil Personas
Mercantil Mobile for Individuals invites you to enjoy an application that's right at your fingertips on your mobile device:

• Detailed transaction history for your accounts, credit cards, Cash Card, and loan applications.

• Transfer funds between your own Mercantil accounts, to third-party Mercantil accounts, and to accounts at other national banks.

• Quickly locate your beneficiaries using the search function.

• Instantly add a new beneficiary to your frequently used list.

• Send and view your mobile payments through Tpago. You can: Add contacts, make payments to affiliated merchants, request or cancel C2P payment codes, manage or delete previously registered contacts, copy and paste the details of a new beneficiary you need to pay, filter your bank search, and send a screenshot of your transaction.

To offer you a simpler and faster payment experience, you can now scan QR codes to make mobile payments to any bank and generate your own QR codes.

• Buy and sell foreign currency electronically. Additionally, link Tpago to currency exchange and make payments in bolivars from your foreign currency account through automatic currency exchange.

• Make these payments quickly and easily whenever you need them: your credit cards, third-party Mercantil cards, and other national bank cards; your CANTV and CORPOELEC services (*); and top up your Digitel, Movistar, and Movilnet mobile phone balance.

• Get instant cash with your Mercantil Loan. Check your available balance and outstanding balance on your loan applications, apply for a Mercantil Loan, and get instant cash to handle unexpected daily expenses (*), or make partial or full payments on your loan.

• You can accept and pay off your assigned line of credit (**).

(**) Available for cases that meet the necessary criteria.

• You can request your trust from your mobile device.

• Share your transaction results and details via your preferred social network or email.

• You can choose to copy the reference (last 4, 6, or all digits) for all transactions, such as transfers, mobile payments, bill payments, and transaction details, and share it.

• We offer biometric authentication as a second factor (2FA) for login and now also for key processes like transfers, mobile top-ups, Mastercard debit card management, and Tpago data updates.
