skoolcom.in is a institutional management system that covers up most of the common and complex management processes found in varied kinds of educational institutions, whether it be a small or large sized school.
All the services are provided through online. This help the users to access the system anywhere just using an internet connection and a system browser. Thus the user can simply open our system in browser, login to the system and avail the varied services provide within. In this online system all the requests are reflected instantly between the users. This reduces the general time lag which is found in paper based process and avoids the hassle of forwarding and moving the application through different stages. In this way the system reduces lot of paper work that is generally undertaken in the schools and saves lot of time and money in handling the procedures.

The system users are carefully planned according to the type of people who relate to the institution. To brief few, students, teachers, office, library, principle are some of major users categories. Also, exam, office head, admin etc categories can be found. The system provides tools and process that are specifically needed by those category users. For ex, the library user will have the process to add, modify and manage the library book allocation to the students. In this way each user category has been provided with the management tools that relates to him and helps undertake daily processes with ease. The system is flexible enough so that any new feature that an institution requests can be built and integrated to the existing system. This will help in catering to provide a customized system for institution specific needs.

SMS alerts are integral part of the system, used to send alerts, birthday wishes, fee confirmations and many other acknowledgements.
