SicorASISTE Family
App for family members, which complements the SicorASISTE app for seniors. Both apps are included in the SICOR Telecare El Corte Inglés service, to support users in caring for them and provide support when they are alone on the street, providing peace of mind that their loved one is safe thanks to geolocation.

What we offer:

- Geolocation: With the senior's authorization, family members can know their geographic location without feeling controlled, carrying out their routines completely independently, always respecting their privacy.

- Safe zone management: Family members can request the Telecare service to delimit a zone around their home or any other point, with an alarm sounding if it is crossed. This provides greater peace of mind that their loved one is in a safe area, avoiding dangerous situations.

- Telephone medical consultations for seniors: immediate and without an appointment, 24 hours a day, with telephone assistance from family doctors.

- Psychological Telephone Counseling Service: with a specialized psychologist, for both the senior and the family member.

- Social Counseling Service: With a social worker, for both the senior and the family member.

- In addition, the authorized person can view the battery level of their family member's phone on the app.

This application is designed to support caregiving because we understand that the needs that arise on a daily basis vary widely, and that your rest is important. We want to contribute to the care of your family member.

This application does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. It is intended solely to support communication and assistance for users of the telecare service.
