คำอธิบาย
You can search for packages, view their properties and manifest, and add/remove/register them. You can also view/edit/delete/create a package's app data settings.
It's similar to get-appxpackage and related PowerShell scripts, and in fact can be used in combination, for example:
view-appxpackage
