MEET OUR FOUNDER
Dr. Suzie Carmack has 33 years of experience in mind-body education. She holds a PhD in Health Communication, an MEd in Kinesiology, and an MFA in Theatre, and is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), Yoga Teacher Trainer (ERYT 500), Board Certified Health Coach (NBC-HWC), and Executive Leadership Coach (PCC).
