Description
Your Apple Watch already notices the quiet things: lighter sleep, a heavier day, energy coming back. Pulse turns those signals into one small, human sentence for the person you love, like "A calm evening might mean a lot today", along with a few gentle ideas: send a warm message, plan something light, give a little space.
No numbers. No dashboards. No guessing. Just a soft nudge in the right direction, once a day.
WHY COUPLES LOVE PULSE
- One cue a day, gone by midnight. There is no archive and no chart of your partner's body. Pulse tells you how to be there for them today, then gets out of the way.
- Your raw health data never leaves your phone. Heart rate, sleep hours, steps: your partner never sees the numbers, and neither do we. Everything is interpreted on your device, against your own personal baseline.
- A private space for just the two of you. Chat, playful gestures, GIFs and your shared "Our story" timeline live in the Chat tab, protected with end-to-end encryption. The keys stay in your iCloud Keychain, so nobody else can read a word. Not even us.
- The things only the two of you know. In Know Us, write down what you love, what actually helps on a hard day, and what is better left alone. Your partner reads it in your own words, and Pulse leans on it so a nudge sounds like you instead of like an app. Nothing in there is ever guessed.
- Everything you keep together, in one place. A shopping list either of you can add to, a watchlist for the films, series, books and music you keep meaning to get to, a wishlist, a shared calendar, and a date to plan when the week allows it.
- The day you count from. Set the day you got together and Pulse keeps the number, days and hours, with a nudge as the anniversary comes round and one quiet celebration on the day itself.
- Built for Apple Watch. Your partner's day at a glance, a one-tap "thinking of you", a mood check-in and a morning summary, right on your wrist.
- You stay in control, always. Pause sharing instantly, go invisible for a while, or end the connection and every shared record is deleted.
- Cycle aware, entirely on your terms. Optional Rhythm Awareness gently shapes the tone of your cues without ever naming the phase. Want your partner to actually know instead of just sensing a gentler week? Turn on sharing your period and cycle calendar, and they'll see your real phase and days on their own device. It's a separate, deliberate choice, off by default, and turning it off clears their calendar right away.
- Unusual moments are yours to share, or not. If Pulse notices a short window of unusual heart signals, nothing is sent unless you approve that exact moment.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Pair with your partner using a simple invite code.
2. Grant Apple Health access and give your explicit consent. You can withdraw it anytime.
3. Pulse learns your personal baseline and starts turning quiet signals into gentle cues.
4. Be there for each other on the days it matters, without the guesswork.
No account to create, ever. Pulse uses the iCloud you're already signed into, so there's no password to remember and no separate login screen. Your chat history, your timeline and your settings back up automatically and are right there waiting on a new iPhone. Health data is never part of that backup.
Pulse is a wellness companion, not a medical device. Its cues are gentle estimates, not diagnoses, and they always leave room for the context only you know. Every health concept in the app is backed by a cited, reputable source.
Made in Vienna by two people who got tired of guessing.
