The La Poste app for individuals is quick and easy to use:

• A seamless user interface and design, with quick access to your services: access to the Store, the Customer Area, Tracking, Colissimo postage, activation of your Mobile Registered Letters, etc.

• A home page that allows you to find your postal news: your saved tracking items, your current shopping carts, your valid Colissimo labels, etc.

• Plus: app customization, animations, illustrations, etc.

MANAGE AND TRACK YOUR SHIPMENTS DIRECTLY FROM YOUR MOBILE

Manage your mail and parcel shipments by tracking their successful delivery to the recipient, wherever you are! All you need is to be logged in, or enter or scan your tracking number. It couldn't be simpler!

Don't hesitate to activate your notifications to be informed of the status of your shipments at key stages of their journey.

Convenient and fast, you don't need a stamp, envelope, or printer!

1. Scan your document to be sent or import a PDF
Enter the recipient's address and confirm your order.

2. La Poste prints, sends, and delivers your Registered Letter
Then receive proof of posting by email and find proof of contents in your Customer Area.

3. For your recipient, nothing changes.
The registered letter is delivered to them personally by the mail carrier, against signature and identity verification.
