Seeing Assistant Home has been providing support to blind and visually impaired people in various aspects of daily life for many years. Since its inception, the app has been developed in close collaboration with visually impaired individuals. This ensures it is built in accordance with digital accessibility principles and precisely addresses the specific needs of this target group.

Key Features:
• barcode scanning, including EAN-13/UPC-A and AZTEC formats,
• saving scanned barcodes with a custom description,
• generating private barcodes in EAN format,
• scanning and creating QR codes,
• text detection – fast offline OCR,
• document scanning – more accurate OCR,
• electronic magnifying glass,
• reading content stored on NFC tags,
• detecting light source and intensity,
• approximate color recognition,
• banknote recognition – Polish złoty only,
• Dropbox integration.

Seeing Assistant Home has implemented many different solutions to streamline its use, including:
• invoking functions using voice and Siri commands,
• setting a default function to launch when the app is opened,
• "Recognize and Speak" fast code recognition mode,
• simultaneous recognition of texts and codes ("Detect Text" functionality),
• recognition of codes from long distances – automatic camera zoom,
• the ability to freeze the image in a magnifying glass view,
• data archiving – EAN and QR codes,
