Opis
In my job as a programmer I often use bitwise operations and interact with data in hexadecimal. Being able to do these quickly and accurately can be a handy skill. This game is in some ways just a way for people that know they'll be exposed to these topics to get more familiar with them and practice using them. On the other hand, I hope that this can also be education for people that are simply curious about programming-related topics or just non-decimal bases.
The game is fairly simple right now but I hope that over time I'll be able to incorporate some of the following:
- Google Play Games integration for leaderboards and achievements
- Tracking personal bests for each mode/base/size combination
- An interactive tutorial or mode that teaches about different bases and bitwise operations for those that might not be familiar
- Other game modes (suggestions welcome!)
The priority of these items will probably be heavily dependent on interest expressed by others and my own availability/interest in making each of the changes (if no one else cares or there's not a clear consensus). Regardless, I just hope people find the game interesting and try it out.
