Opis
Elle propose un processus sécurisé d’authentification, une gestion complète des dossiers d’assistance et une communication fluide entre l’utilisateur et le service d’assistance.
Authentification sécurisée :
- Connexion et inscription via adresse e-mail
- Vérification par code OTP à 6 chiffres envoyé par e-mail lors de la première connexion
- Les informations de l’utilisateur (adresse e-mail) sont affichées dans le profil
Déclaration d’un accident ou d’une panne :
- Si l’utilisateur dispose d’un contrat actif, il peut :
- Déclarer une panne pour lui-même ou pour un tiers
- Utiliser la géolocalisation automatique ou choisir manuellement l’emplacement sur une carte
- Sélectionner la destination, la wilaya de départ et d’arrivée
- Indiquer la cause de la panne
- Créer un dossier transmis à l’administration
Suivi en temps réel :
- Une fois le dossier pris en charge :
- Un dépanneur est assigné par l’administration
- L’utilisateur accède à une page de tracking en temps réel
- Affichage de la distance du dépanneur et du temps estimé d’arrivée
- Notification de succès lorsque l’intervention est terminée
- Le statut du dossier passe de « En cours » à « Terminé »
Validation du contrat :
Si l’utilisateur ne dispose pas encore d’un contrat actif :
- Il peut photographier son contrat
- Les informations importantes sont extraites (référence, immatriculation, nom, etc.)
- Les données sont envoyées à l’administration pour validation
- Une fois validé, le contrat devient actif et permet la déclaration d’accidents
Respect de la confidentialité :
- Les données utilisateur sont utilisées uniquement pour le fonctionnement de l’application
- Les échanges sont sécurisés
- Aucune donnée n’est utilisée à des fins publicitaires
