Opis
hapiix permet de régler un grand nombre de soucis quotidiens de l’interphonie classique, grâce à sa solution qui repose sur l'usage d'un QR Code à scanner et de l’application hapiix.
Cette application, conçue pour les utilisateurs de bâtiments équipés de la solution hapiix, offre de nombreuses fonctionnalités pratiques.
Via cette application hapiix, les utilisateurs peuvent :
- recevoir des appels audio/vidéo de la part des visiteurs sans que leur numéro ne soit visible
- accueillir en toute simplicité leurs visiteurs, en ouvrant en un clic les différentes portes sur le parcours.
- se servir de leur smartphone comme d’un badge, pour ouvrir les portes autorisées.
- gérer facilement leurs informations personnelles, diffusées sur l’annuaire virtuel du bâtiment.
- consulter les messages vidéos laissés en leur absence.
- définir des plages horaires de disponibilités, choisir d’apparaître ou non dans l’annuaire.
- inviter des membres de leur foyer, des prestataires ou du personnel aidant grâce à la création d'accès temporaires ou définitifs (si le gestionnaire le permet).
- déclarer la perte de leur badge ou télécommande physique et faire une demande instantanée de remplacement (offre hapiix plus).
