The final loan terms, including interest rates, fees, and repayment tenure, are determined solely by the respective bank or NBFC partner based on your creditworthiness and their policies. * **Minimum and Maximum Period for Repayment:**
* Personal Loans: Typically from 12 months (1 year) to 60 months (5 years).
* Home Loans & Loan Against Property: Typically from 12 months (1 year) up to 360 months (30 years).
* **Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR):**
* The APR for loans facilitated through our platform can vary depending on the lending partner, loan amount, loan type, tenure, and the customer's credit profile.
* For Personal Loans, the APR generally ranges from approximately 10.99% to 35% (including interest rate and applicable fees).
* For secured loans like Home Loans, the APR is typically lower.
* **Representative Example of the Total Cost of the Loan:**
Let's consider an example of a Personal Loan facilitated through one of our partners:
* Loan Amount: ₹1,00,000
* Interest Rate (APR): 14% per annum
* Tenure: 12 months
* Processing Fee (illustrative, can vary by lender): 2% of loan amount = ₹2,000 + GST as applicable
* Total Interest Payable: ₹7,801 (calculated via reducing balance method)
* Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI): ₹9,002
* Total Amount Payable (Principal + Total Interest + Processing Fee): ₹1,00,000 + ₹7,801 + ₹2,000 = ₹1,09,801 (excluding GST on processing fee).
