Dynamic Notification Bar - notification permission details and usage
Accessibility permission usage in Dynamic notification app:
This application requires this permission to draw notification window on top of mobile screen.
Also this app requires notification permission to show media controls and notifications on app.
Foreground permission is required to create notification which will prevent the service being killed by operating system while running in background. This service is required to run always as it creates the UI of Dynamic island on top of the screen.
