Die Daten werden in Echtzeit an die midcom Cloud Business Suite (BIO Modul) übertragen.
Als Erweiterung zur midcom Erntehelferverwaltung wird eine mobile BIO Ernte Erzeuger Ertragserfassung für ANDROID Smartphones und Tablets abgeboten. Mit Hilfe dieser App ist die Erfassung der Ernteertragsdaten vor Ort möglich. Über einen Barcode-Scanner wird der Ausweis des Erntehelfers, der Schlag ausgewählt und das Gebinde (z.B. die Kiste) erfasst.
Die zuverlässige und schnelle Erfassung wurde in der Weise realisiert, dass zunächst der Helfer über seinen Barcodeausweis und dann das Gebinde gescannt bzw. erfasst wird.
Somit ist einen lückenlose Verfolgung der Ernte- und Verarbeitungsschritte möglich. Alle Gebinde die per Bar-Code erfasst wurden, werden in der Datenbank mit Zeitstempel, Helferkennung und Ernteort (Schlag) vermerkt.
Bei der mobilen Devices handelt es sich um handelsübliche ANDROID Smartphones und Tablets die über Bluetooth mit einem Barcode-Scanner (Socket) verbunden sind und die Daten direkt per GSM übertragen.
Alle erfassten Daten werden umgehend in Echtzeit zum Server übertragen und stehen zur Auswertung und Prozess bzw. Produktionssteuerung realtime zur Verfügung. Selbst ein Netzausfall der Provider führt, dank der Cache-Technologie der midcom, nicht zur Unterbrechung der Tätigkeit.
Die mobilen midcom-Module sind eine innovative Technologie für den Alltag in Unternehmen, die viele Mitarbeiter außerhalb des Firmengeländes beschäftigen.

Die Erntehelfer-App funktioniert läßt sich am sinnvollsten mit einem mobilen Barcode-Scanner und einem mobilen Drucker nutzen,
z.B. dem BT-Scanner "Socket CHS 7C" (App dazu: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.SocketMobile.SocketScan&feature=search_result) und dem BT-Drucker APEX 2
Die Verwendung eines Bar-Code Scanners als ANDROID APP ist auch möglich.
