Focus Flow Timer
Focus Flow Timer is a simple timer to see your work time and remind you to take periodic breaks. This app offers customizable timers and alarm that prompts you that it is time to work, and time for a break.

Taking short breaks, like a five-minute pause every half-hour, can significantly boost productivity and concentration. Whether you're working on a computer or engaging in tasks that strain your eyes, this app prompts you to rest and recharge at regular intervals.

This app simply reminds you when it's time to take a break and prompts you to resume your work once the rest period is over. Additionally, it features calming music that fades into the background, creating a soothing ambiance as you focus on your tasks.

Set your work and rest durations to match your current tasks, choose your preferred ringtone, and press "Start" to begin the timer. You can also customize the number of cycles to repeat. When the work session ends, the app alerts you to take a break, giving you time to relax and refocus before diving back into your tasks
