Opis
This permission allows AS NET VPN to run as a foreground service. Foreground services are visible to you through a persistent notification, letting you know the VPN is active and using system resources.
Why is this necessary?
AS NET VPN utilizes a foreground service to maintain a constant and secure connection. This ensures uninterrupted VPN functionality, even when the app is minimized or in the background. Predefined foreground service categories (like location or media) wouldn't be suitable for our unique VPN requirements.
Transparency and User Experience:
A persistent notification will be displayed, informing you that the VPN is actively running.
The notification will explain why the foreground service is necessary for uninterrupted VPN functionality.
Battery Optimization:
We understand the impact foreground services can have on battery life AS NET VPN is optimized to minimize battery consumption while maintaining a secure connection.
By allowing this permission, you ensure your VPN connection remains active and secure, even when you're not actively using the app
