Opis
Mit Click&View kann sich der Ticketkunde während des Bestellprozesses einen Eindruck über den Blick zur Bühne bzw. zum Spielfeld vom gewählten Sitzplatz aus verschaffen. Veranstalter können diese Fotos mit der Click&View-App einfach und schnell dem eigenen Saalplan hinzufügen.
Wie funktioniert die App?
Die Reservix Click&View-App für Veranstalter vereinfacht das Erstellen und Hochladen von Click&View-Fotos. Benötigt wird ein internetfähiges Smartphone, die Click&View-App sowie der Saalplan im Click&View-Format, den Sie kostenfrei von Reservix erhalten. Die App zeigt die jeweiligen Plätze im Saal, von denen Fotos der Bühne und des Spielfeldes anzufertigen sind. Die erstellten Fotos lassen sich bequem per Knopfdruck in den Reservix-Account hochladen. Nach einer Qualitätskontrolle durch Reservix ist die Platzperspektive für den Kunden ersichtlich.
Worauf muss ich achten?
Fotografieren Sie eine vollständig ausgeleuchtete Bühne und positionieren Sie z.B. ein Klavier oder andere Requisiten im Bild. So kann der Betrachter den Blickwinkel und die Entfernung richtig einschätzen. Bitte fotografieren Sie aus der Sitzposition heraus, damit Einschränkung des Sichtfeldes (Geländer, Podeste, Absperrungen, Technikplätze) für den Betrachter sofort erkennbar sind.
Welche Zugangsdaten sind erforderlich?
Für das Anmelden in der Click&View-App ist ein "Statistik-Zugang" erforderlich. Diese Zugangsdaten werden im Mandanten zusätzlich angelegt und weichen vom Reservix-Login ab. Unser Service-Team erstellt gerne einen Statistik-Zugang kostenfrei für Sie. Dafür reicht eine kurze E-Mail an service@reservix.de.
