SAADEO
SAADEO est une application de pointage mobile qui vous permet de suivre et de comptabiliser la durée de vos interventions extérieures. En regroupant sur une fiche client synthétique les informations telles que l’adresse, le numéro de téléphone, l’horaire, la durée de l’intervention et le type d’action à réaliser, c’est l’outil parfait pour tous ceux qui travaillent aux domiciles de leurs clients ou sur des sites détachés.
L’utilisation de cette application est très simple. Le matin vous synchronisez vos rendez-vous. Ensuite, lorsque vous arrivez à l’adresse de votre intervention, vous déclenchez votre compteur. Une fois terminé, vous pouvez le stopper en y ajoutant éventuellement des informations complémentaires comme des kilomètres réalisés pour le compte de ce client ou encore un motif pour justifier une durée plus courte ou plus longue de votre intervention.
Les données de pointages sont regroupées tout au long de la journée et transmises à votre logiciel de comptabilité ou de planning dans vos bureaux. Ces données pourront vous servir pour établir factures et fiches de paies très facilement.
Pour fonctionner, « SAADEO » a besoin d’être connecté à internet (Wifi ou mobile).
