Opis
Platforma është krijuar si nevojë e digjitalizimit të procesit mësimor, si dhe shërben për mësimin online. Me anë të saj, asistuam në 2 komuna për mbajtjen e mësimit online pas ndërprerjes së mësimit në objekte fizike si pasojë e përhapjes së pandemisë COVID-19.
Platforma “Flutura” është krijuar për ta mundësuar digjitalizimin e procesit mësimor. Përmes krijimit të një hapësire digjitale që përfshin të gjitha elementet e nevojshme për mbajtjen e mësimit online, mundësohet një digjitalizim i qëndrueshëm i procesit mësimor në plan afatgjatë në të gjitha hapësirat shqiptare.
Poashtu “Flutura” mundëson automatizimin e proceseve duke krijuar një sistem që kalon nga përdorimi i letrës në procedura digjitale si për ministrinë e arsimit, drejtoritë e komunave/bashkive, shkollat, profesorët, nxënësit, ashtu edhe për prindërit..
Platforma e Flutura-s për herë të parë sjell integrimin e roleve kyçe në arsim në një vend dhe atë virtualisht. Me mundësimin e paneleve të personalizuara për Ministrinë e Arsimit, drejtoritë brenda komunave/bashkive, koordinatorin e shkollës, profesorin, nxënësin dhe prindin; mundësohet një mjedis bashkëpunues ku secili prej akterëve mund t’i përmbushë përgjegjësitë e veta nga rehatia e shtëpisë dhe të arrijë që procesi mësimor të jetë i qasshëm nga të gjithë. Kjo platformë ua lehtëson ministrive përkatëse, drejtorive komunale ta krijojnë një bashkëpunim në kohë reale duke mbikqyrë, shkëmbyer të dhëna dhe duke komunikuar me njëri tjetrin. Ndërkaq, me qëllim të ndjekjes së procesit mësimor, përfshirë testimet dhe vlerësimin, të fëmijëve të tyre në kohë reale nga prindërit, atyre u mundësohet që pavarësisht obligimeve tjera, me një klikim në ditë, t’i marrin të gjitha informacionet e nevojshme.
Për më shumë, platforma ka mundësuar edhe dërgimin e njoftimeve direkte tek prindërit në rast nevoje për t’i mbajtur ata të përditësuar me shkollimin e fëmijëve të tyre.Platforma mund të shërbejë për bartjen e të gjithave arkivave të të dhënave të shkollave dhe
digjitalizimin e tyre për ta mundësuar qasjen e kurdohershme të ministrisë, drejtorive apo
koordinatorëve të shkollave. Kjo përveç se mundëson qasjen më të lehtë dhe ruajtjen e krejt
të dhënave në një vend, shton sigurimin e tyre për të ardhmen.
E gjithë platforma shërben si një arkivë digjitale e shkollave, gjeneratave, mësimdhënësve dhe nxënësve të një vendi.
Një nga risitë më të rëndësishme të platformës është mundësimi i nxjerrjes së statistikave / raporteve për përdoruesit e platformës. Ministria e arsimit mund të nxjerrë në kohë reale të gjitha të dhënat për shkollat, nxënësit dhe profesorët.
Në platformë mundësohet profili i profesorëve, përfshirë edukimin dhe përgatitjen profesionale të tyre si kualifikimet e ndryshme, që mund t’u shërbejnë qoftë drejtorive të arsimit qoftë ministrive. Meqë organeve udhëheqëse u kërkohen raportime periodike tek ministria e arsimit, duke u bazuar në to, platforma mundëson nxjerrjen e krejt statistikave të nevojshme, por jo duke u kufizuar në to. Që nga numri i ligjëratave të mbajtura, nxënësve, profesorëve, suksesit, gjinisë, materialeve të postuara etj., nxjerrja e statistikave lehtëson pakrahasimisht marrjen e informacioneve të nevojshme.
