בים התיכון ומפרץ אילת. המוקד מופעל על ידי צוות החברה להגנת הטבע, ומטרתו לשפר את מצבו האקולוגי של הים התיכון ומפרץ אילת ולאפשר לציבור מעורבות ישירה בהצלת הים.
הוא מוקד פעולה, ולכן איכות הדיווח היא קריטית SeaWatch
ליכולתנו לטפל בהצלחה בבעיה.
זו גם הסיבה שאין אנו מקבלים דיווחים אנונימיים, ויש חובה להשאיר פרטי קשר על מנת שנוכל ליצור עמך קשר ולקבל פרטים נוספים על המפגע לצרכי טיפול אפקטיבי.
פרטי הקשר ישארו חסויים, ובמפת הדיווחים יהיה שימוש רק בכינוי שבחרת.
הדיווחים מגיעים למוקד הפניות שלנו ונבדקים.
דיווחים שנמצאו מפורטים ואמינים מועברים לטיפול הרשויות הרלוונטיות (רשות הטבע והגנים, אגף הדיג במשרד החקלאות, המשרד להגנת הסביבה, רשויות מקומיות).
אנו מבצעים מעקב אחר הטיפול בפניות, ומוציאים דוח שנתי העוקב אחר טיפול הרשויות להסרת המפגעים ולאכיפת החוק.
דיווחים מסוימים יזכו לטיפול ישיר של צוות התגובה של החברה להגנת הטבע, בסיוע מתנדבים, לדוג’ הסרת רשתות רפאים, מבצעי ניקיון פסולת ימית, מעקב וטיפול במינים פולשים (בסיוע חוקרים מהאקדמיה), ועוד.

שימוש במידע מדיווחים העוסקים בעבירות על החוק:
מידע בנושא עבירות על החוק יכול לשמש ל:
יצירת בסיס נתונים על עבירות בים, לאיפיון מדויק של דפוסי עבירות (עונות, שעות, אזורים, אנשים וכו’), על מנת להכווין ולתעדף את מאמצי האכיפה.
הפניית מאמצי מודיעין כלפי גורם עברייני פרטני.
ראיה לתיק אכיפה. על מנת שדיווח ישמש באופן ישיר בתיק אכיפה, צריך:
כמה שיותר פרטים מזהים, לרבות ראיות תומכות (למשל, רצוי שתמונה המתעדת אירוע עברייני תכלול גם את הפגיעה, גם את האמצעי הפוגע, גם את האדם הפוגע, וגם פרטים המזהים את מקום העבירה).
מוכנות לתת עדות בפני הגוף האוכף.

רשויות האכיפה אינן מתחייבות לטפל בכל דיווח, אך אנו מתחייבים להעביר כל דיווח איכותי אל הרשויות, ולבצע מעקב אחר הטיפול בו.
