Opis
In einer Übersichtskarte des Netzgebietes und in einer Listenansicht werden alle aktuellen Ereignisse, die zu einer Versorgungsunterbrechung führen könnten, angezeigt.
Ebenso sind geplante Wartungsarbeiten im Voraus abrufbar.
Zu jedem Ereignis sind der Beginn, die mögliche Dauer und das betroffene Gebiet in der Detailansicht ausgewiesen. Für geplante Wartungsarbeiten kann eine Erinnerung im Kalender des Smartphones erzeugt werden.
Für den Fall einer Störung sind Hinweise zum Vorgehen sowie zur Vorsorge enthalten. Für die schnelle Meldung einer Störung genügt das Antippen der Telefonnummer der 24-Stunden-Rufbereitschaft in dieser App.
Bürger können sich per E-Mail zu aktuellen sowie geplanten Ereignissen im Netz informieren lassen, die ihren Hausanschluss betreffen.
Für Einspeiser zeigt die App alle Informationen zu aktiven, geplanten sowie zurückliegenden Maßnahmen der VDE-Anwendungsregel 4105 an. Der Beginn, die Dauer und das betroffene Gebiet sind in der Detailansicht und in einer Karte ausgewiesen. Zusätzlich können sich Einspeiser zu geplanten Aggregat-Einsätzen, die ihr Netzgebiet betreffen, per E-Mail benachrichtigen lassen.
