La App preveu que els responsables dels establiments comercials puguin fer ús d’aquest botó virtual en dos escenaris: en cas d’estar patint un atracament o bé en aquells casos en què no s’hagi patit cap delicte però es detecti un problema potencial, com per exemple la presència d’una persona que pugui resultar sospitosa. En cas que l’emergència que es produeixi en el comerç no estigui relacionada directament amb la seguretat ciutadana, sinó amb una emergència mèdica o un incendi, l’App també dirigirà a l’usuari a trucar al 112.
