Opis
The Umniah UControl system is a turnkey service for home automation, control, energy management, and next generation security which involves smart devices and a control platform used to monitor and manage any connected device anytime anywhere, offering the customers advanced, convenient and smart ways to remotely control their premises like the operation of their home lights, Air condition, electric appliances in addition to security monitoring, and overseeing energy consumption and save by conserving energy.
How it works?
The UControl system operates on a wireless technology of low power radio waves and Internet connectivity to offer remote control of the customer premises at ease; the UControl system consists of a service gateway device in addition to the service control components or gadgets which shall be installed at the customer premises according to his preference.
How to control?
Controlling the UControl system is done at ease and remotely through an iOS mobile application, or by simply logging online through www.umniah.com/ucontrol portal from any web enabled device and pressing the Sign-In to My UControl button.

o flood (water leakage sensors),
o gas (CO sensors)

o duress (if someone forces you to disarm your system)
• remote arm/disarm and status-info with any smartphone
• vandal proof - Zipabox is 24/7 monitored by central station which triggers alarm in case of connection loss
• easy integration with existing alarm systems (DSC, Honeywell,etc.)
• easy online setup and configuration through web based interface
• use of same sensors for security and automation purposes
