Then oh boy do I have the app for you!
SwiftLinks lives in your menu bar. It allows you to generate GitHub urls to any file and line number you have copied to your clipboard.
From now on, all you need to do to create a GitHub code link is ⌘⌃⌥C in Xcode (copying the file and line number selected) and then ⌘⌃⌥L to create the link with SwiftLinks!
