SxBinary
This is a high-performance hex editor that enables advanced structure analysis using a dynamic structural language and scripts.
It supports displaying character codes such as ASCII, SHIFT-JIS, JIS, EUC, UTF-8, and Unicode.
You can edit files exceeding 1 GByte in size, and it offers seamless UNDO/REDO functionality.
Searching is supported for byte arrays, strings, numbers, and floating-point values.
It's a notable feature that you can input 11 different types at the cursor position: int8, uint8, int16, uint16, int32, uint32, int64, uint64, float, double, and string. Additionally, you can input data using expressions.
Additionally, it includes a feature to highlight differences when comparing two binary files.
Furthermore, you can freely place marks, jump to marked positions, display offsets from marks, and even calculate and display the byte count between two marks.
The most significant feature is its core functionality of flexible structure analysis, which can handle variable-length arrays and strings based on the content of binary files, using a dynamic structural language similar to C language.
Furthermore, when combined with scripting, it offers the capability for complex and advanced structure analysis. The scripting language is similar to JavaScript and includes a source code debugger to simplify structure analysis debugging.
